Eligibility (Hong Kong Permanent Residents)

  • New to DBS or an existing DBS Credit Card Customer; and
  • Hong Kong Permanent Resident aged 18 or above; and
  • Not a US Resident, US citizen or holding a US Permanent Resident Card (Green Card)

Eligibility (Mainland Chinese Residents)

  • New to DBS or existing DBS Credit Card Customer; and
  • The People's Republic of China (“PRC”) resident aged 18 or above ; and
  • Holding a valid card format Exit-entry Permit for Travelling to and from Hong Kong and Macao (“Exit-entry Permit”) ; and
  • Holding a valid PRC Resident Identity Card ; and
  • Holding a valid Exit-Entry Report from the National Immigration Administration ; and
  • Physically located in Hong Kong during the account opening with GPS on in your device
